At the ripe old age of eleven, “Sweet Daddy” helped smoke a whole hog. Ever since that day he has been addicted to smoking! In 2009, “Sweet Daddy”, with the support of his beautiful wife and family, decided to establish “Sweet Daddy’s Barbecue and Southern Kitchen LLC” with the sole intent of providing excellent service, classic southern barbeque, and southern food at an affordable price. So to those that believe that South Florida shouldn't be included in the discussions about great BBQ and comfort food, we say come on down to our mobile kitchen, and "Let us Put Some True South in Your Mouth!"
